At the very minimum, I need to hear that every coach is fired and being replaced. They won't fire Buck mid season, even though he deserves it. This team is horribly unprepared, and that's on management.
Fire the coaches now, and if Buck doesn't pull a miracle out his ass, fire him as soon as the season is over. Hire sterns as President, and let him decide if he wants to keep eppler.
No one is getting fired tomorrow.
He's going to recognize that the season is a failure, and that he and his team will do better to understand what has gone wrong and do their best to not let this happen again.
