But as a Belt owner, I hope thats accurate

What i dont understand is why are the Phillies trying to trade Pence and Lee?

Phillies resigned Hamels they cant get rid of Utely or Howard why not try to make another run in the next year or two with your teams if theyre healthy?

Seems liek theyre tryign to kind of rebuild but they have too many bad contracts of older players to do that

They should have just traded Hamels and then tried to sign him in the offseason.

Geovany Soto traded to Texas, Paul Maholm & Reed Johnson to Atlanta

Tough for us to lose Vizcaino, but Maholm has been nasty recently

Maholm isn’t a No. 1 starter, but he was 9-6 with an ERA of 3.74 for a terrible team, and he has been really good of late: Over his past six starts, he has yielded one run at most.

Considering where this rotation is right now, we NEED a back of the rotation workhorse & Maholm has been pretty solid for CHC

Johnson will be a solid outfielder for us off the bench, he can spell Bourn when he needs a day off or move to LF if we need to play Prado at 3rd.

It's a really good deal for us breh. IDK if we have enough top line pitching to win the division, but we should have enough to make the playoffs

Current Braves pitching staff:

Hudson (he's only won ONCE in the postseason)
Hanson (might miss his next start )
Sheets (he's been great, but how long can he keep this up? )

Maholm & Meds should be the 4 & 5 starters

fukk JJ & Minor is too shaky. Delgado aint ready for the postseason yet
