HHR, was Clint Hurdle this bad of in-game manager when he was with the Rockies? His horrible in-game adjustments have once again sunken the Pirates :snoop:

Not terrible but not great....but bear in mind I'm comparing him to Jim Tracy. A comparison which makes Hurdle look like John McGraw.

Cardinals are disappointing the fukk out of me.

Idk why we got Matheny instead of Francona.

We'll be allright. I don't see why we can't sweep that 4 game serious against the dodgers. Holding them off wont be too much of a problem.
They haven't scored more than 5 runs in a game for about 2 weeks. :gladbron:

I didn't say Molina had BETTER offensive numbers, I said comparable. You act like Buster is blowing him out of the water.

Meanwhile in fielding, Molina has 3 errors to Buster's 10 ... and Molina has thrown out 46% of baserunners :whoo: to Posey's 29%. The league average is 26%.

Not to mention Buster's WAR is 5.8 and Molina's 5.7.

I hope so, I'm starting to get antsy.

You hear about Berkman likely retiring after this season?

If we're going by that then, Matt Holliday has better numbers than Posey.

If Braun and McCutchen are getting blame for not being on a contender (and the media promoting anyone NOT Braun), then Molina and Holliday deserve recognition for being on a playoff team. I can do this all day, lol. Gonna let y'all drink that ESPN kool-aid though. I'm just naming players that should be in the conversation.
