You can say there’s 115 million Afro-descendants but not all of them would describe themselves as “Black”.

It's been said that Brazil's population is 70% black if you're going by the one-drop rule. Otherwise, it's something like 7% (i forget the exact number), for "pure black".

Mind you as someone that has been to Saud, a good amount of those people considered black have ties dating back centuries where families have made hajj and never left the peninsula
