That smark crowd's reaction to RAW main event was the reason Vince don't give fans what they want

To be fair, I would find it difficult to pay attention to a main event involving Rollins and Owens.

A lot of them were European fans and they chant and sing anything during football games. It's not a sign they're bored or are trying to hijack the show, it's just what they do. Plus its not like a thrown together Raw tag team match is really worth your 100% undivided attention anyways, they wouldn't throw around beach balls during a world title match or something important

True. As i was going up the escalator at RAW there was a trio of guys with some kind of European countries flag chanting some kind of song and one of them goes "We will be the most over act by the end of the show"

Playing beach ball during the superstar face match is the ultimate sign of respect:troll:

Does not disprove my point. Making a thread bytching about fans having fun at a wrestling show is weird as shyt, also as illustrated numerous times, the crowd had a larger european contingent who lead football inspired chants. If you ever watched a famous British or Irish boxer or fighter fight, youd know and be familiar with this.

:jbhmm:If the crowds get themselves over, will Vince bury them?

:ohhh:And who will he push instead? The concession stand vendors?

"You're gonna buy a hot dog, GOD DAMN IT!"

The crowd is partly WWEs fault. Didnt they give a slammy to the crowd for those reactions and constantly talk about how great that crowd is.

This right here is why Vince will never take them serious. When the crowd didn't like the HBK/Nash as champs they didn't hijack shows they made it known with their wallets. As soon as Vince gives them what they want ratings and buyrates went down.

I stopped watching wrestling in 03 but have gotten back into the habit of watching Mania/Raw after mania the last few years

Every year I notice the same people complaining and I see the same shyt worth complaining about. nikkas are disgruntled loyal fans:mjlol: that shyt don't go together. That's when I realized shyt will most likely never change.:yeshrug:

Mayweathers bread and butter was people that hated his guts :yeshrug:. Wwe is a sunken cost to a lot of people at this point. In too deep

If people really hated Roman or whatever THAT bad they would stop consuming. But part of the fun is feeling smart about knowing how bad everything is with other disgruntled fans.

Joe/Balor/Owens/Seth in da main event putting in work, you'd think smarks would be happy? Nope. They doing the wave, beach balls, chanting stupid shyt. If I was Vince, I'd have Reigns fight n beat all tha smark faves EVERY single week on RAW till Summerslam.

:lolbron:

New live/PPV crowds (not new fans) are one of the reasons I've actually watched less RAW/Smackdown over the last 2 years.....started with 75% of crowds chanting "boring" during matches then evolved to a lot of crowds trying to be overly smarky with stupid chants for almost every match......now it has gotta to the point of what u described above. If you're in the Coli & are going to RAW/SD/PPV, yell/cheer/go crazy/make signs reppin' The Coli....just don't partake in the corniness that has been going on in crowds the last few years :snoop:
That and the fact they don't have bikini/lingerie matches :shaq:anymore has me losing a bit of interest......hopefully the brand shake up brings new material & pushes for some of the more deserving stars (a few whipped cream bikini matches with some of these new Divas wouldn't hurt either.....keep Nia Jax outta there tho :hhh:

Vince can easily take control and STOP SIGNING THESE GUYS. End the global talent raid. Develop your own guys from entertainment, American sports, etc. like you used to.

Vince would probably do this if he could. One of the issues is that most of the Adonises that they used to sign would rather play football, basketball, baseball, hockey, MMA, or anything else that isn't pro wrestling when the most well-paying promotion is a place like WWE. In WWE you don't get paid travel, a union, or even healthcare to do a dangerous job that leaves most guys injury-racked by age 50.

Combine that with not being able to get outside endorsements and nowadays most of the super-athletes of WWE's past would rather go elsewhere.

At WM when the crowd was chanting MIZ IS AWESOME and unironically giving him YES chants while he was mocking Daniel Bryan, the neckbeard Jesus, whom he had been mocking the brain damage of for most of the past year, is when you know Vince had to be in the back laughing his ass off at how he knows he'll always have those fans in his pocket.

And then the next night when they give Roman nuclear heat for retiring Taker, yet popped huge and sang for Vince, the man who booked Roman to retire Undertaker. These goofs have no idea what they want and there's a reason why WWE ignores them most of the year.

Man, the no-fun crew in full effect on TSC again.

This crowd have just dropped upwards of a G packing out stands for WWE shows three nights in a row in the same city... they're allowed to voice their opinions and they're allowed to have some fun.

I can get the WWE spinning "IWC" complaints... nobody knows how much neckbeards on forums streaming and torrenting half of their shows really contribute financially, but the people in the Raw stands after WM clearly drop cash on WWE and they should be listened to to a certain extent even if not fully followed.

Roman is a problem, but not a lost cause. No way that's "go away" heat at the moment, it's top heel heat. They can make him work better than almost anyone in recent memory if it's as a heel, but they need to turn him brutally and QUICK and surf the heat he has right now or all that heat will turn into go-away. He needs more moves desperately. The spear, superman punch and samoan drop aren't enough for a top star in 2017... which is the same reason Goldberg has been getting booed. We know there is talent available capable of filling those spots AND providing genuinely entertaining action.

The only times the crowd really let themselves down was the THUNDEROUS booing for offense by Enzo and Cass when they were smark favourites this time last year - the Sheamus and Cesaro conga chant was all in good fun. Nice to hear some creative European football influence in those stands. Makes a change from "SAME OLD CHA-ANT *clap clap clap clap*".

They shouldn't touch a thing. This is organic just like Bryan's major face run. If they touch this it will get corny.

Once he starts going through the smark darlings he will become the most hated character in the last 20 years.

RR puts on clinics. He has 3 different versions of the Razor's edge he uses, where have you been? The only reason people booed him and Goldberg was because they walked in that arena to boo them. They told themselves they didn't want to like Goldberg and he won them RIGHT back over not only during the match but on RAW too.

Never put any stock in smark reactions, this was your first mistake.

Smark crowds have been around since ECW. Difference is Paulie knew how to capitalize and feed them. He didn't look at it as bad, he brought them into the show. Hence why ECW had such a rediculous and unlikely run on a cardboard box budget while the E loses viewers and Billionaires get demoted to Millionaires.
