1. The NBAPA, Led by Bron and CP3, rejecting cap smoothing of the 2016 Free Agency, paving the way for the KD/Warriors move, also got a lot of people overpaid.

2. John Rocker's SI Interview, Cacs gon Cac

3. Kyle Shanahan's decision to not run the football in SB LI

Did some research on this all parties involved says the media ran with this and Toni played into it because of her album SECRETS being dropped

They prolly had some beef about another bish and Toni ran with this

Jackson likely smashed but Kidd said he never met her

Not as impactful but I feel that Johnathon Simmons leaving SA started a path that led to him being out of the league

One of my favorite Spurs and a great story of resiliency. It would have been nice to see him and the Spurs work something out but he had to chase that bag. Orlando made him an offer he couldnt refuse and say what you will about the Spurs organization they advise players to do whats best for themselves and their families when it comes to contracts.

Joe Johnson leaving the Suns for Atl completely changed the trajectory of his career. This nikka was playing with Steve fukking Nash in Mike Dantoni’s offense while just hitting his prime.

Dantoni said himself Joe would have became the best sg in the league. It’s hard to see him passing up Kobe and Wade...but the numbers he would have put up would have been ridiculous. Not to mention with him the Suns are probably a dynasty. He would have been first ballot HOF.

Damn shame nikka literally had the perfect situation and left over 5 mil. And his only legacy today is his “iso prowess”:francis:
Phoenix was never going to be a dynasty lol they didn’t play enough defense to ever win a championship.

Joe was never going to put up crazy numbers he never applied much rim pressure and had a “sleepy” game didn’t have great motor. The man was 6’7 240 lb. and was more likely to shoot floaters than dunk. He was clutch as a mf tho.

:salute: to Joe for getting that bag

That’s false. They could have won in 05 and 07. Joe broke his face in 05 and missed the first 2 games vs the Spurs and in 07 they were the better team but suspensions happened. What do you think would happen if you replaced Boris Diaw with Joe Johnson? They win in 6 games...assuming their guys don’t get suspended.

And Joe was an elite scorer and elite playmaker. He would have changed everything in Phoenix. A big reason why they lost is because Nash wore down...he had to do everything on offense and get everybody shots all while going at breakneck speed. If Joe stayed he would have gotten Nash off the ball and allowed Steve to rest. Plus he didn’t need Steve to get him points..he could iso with the best of them.

If you don’t think Joe wouldn’t have put up monster numbers in Dantoni’s system with that elite skillset and Steve Nash feeding him imma need you to check your head. He prob would be like 25/5/5 on 50/40/85 splits.

Joe would never have been able to be Iso Joe in D'antoni system man...

He wasn't the Joe Johnson in Phoenix that he was in ATL....and people always forget he got drafted by Boston ..imagine if him and Pierce were together

1. Carmelo leaving Denver to go to NY (Terrible decision at the time and changed his career for the worst)
2.RG3 being a c00n and playing injured and getting injured again during Redskins playoff game
3. Kawhi leaving Toronto: Dude could of had a Lebron east run
4. T.O being greedy and leaving Eagles after 1 n half seasons. McNabb and him could of won multiple Superbowls.

Master P going pro in 99 and leaving No Limit vulnerable to being overtaken by a surging rival (CMR).

This was after the labels historic (98) year that saw them takeover the rap game post BIG/2 PAC’s untimely demise.

No Limit was never the same again

Did you peep his 05 season with the Suns? 17/5/4 and shot almost 50% from the field and from 3:wow: And this is before he hit his prime

I agree I don’t expect to be iso joe in Atlanta because he wouldn’t play that way. He’d score way easier with a higher efficiency and still get the same amount of shots cause of the suns pace. Then iso in the 4th. Dude had the perfect system for those skills...

Kawhi leaving Toronto changed the trajectory of the NBA. He probably would've repeated if he had stayed, and they definitely would be in playoff contention as a high-ranking seed this year.

He would’ve. The East was booty last year. They would’ve made it back. The Lakers would’ve been a hard team to face but they had a shot.

U can’t assume that they win with could have should have would haves

Throughout NBA history we really haven’t seen teams with those defensive league ranks go all the way

Joe didn’t have a great scoring motor or apply great rim pressure which is necessary to put up great numbers.
