Nah, he said the part in the sequel was mid and then they tried to get the character to do more but wouldn’t up the $$$ so we walked. Marvel is known for getting at least 2 or 3 films out of its actors before throwing the guap down which is how Don Cheadle made all that money. Armor Wars will feature him (and probably Iron Heart) and he’s getting tens of millions after playing ball on iron man 2 & 3.

As far as the money, he made more than RDJ in the first movie (understandably, RDJ was washed) but Marvel gave RDJ a big pay increase for the sequel and TH wanted a proportionate increase as well. Which might've been possible but if I remember correctly his agent fukked it up by trying to negotiate behind his back.

Terrence Howard was the HIGHEST paid actor in the first Iron Man movie.

He had a 3 movie contract where he was guaranteed a certain amount of money.
For the second movie Marvel wanted to renegotiate his contract to pay him LESS money than what was stated in his INITIAL CONTRACT

Terrence said no so they fired him.
