I will say that Spence seemed a bit… I don’t know… Out of it the last few days. He didn’t have the confidence. He also looked overly relaxed when he walked into the stadium earlier today. He actually looked kind of high… Dehydrated?
That's bullshyt. The ref shouldn't have stepped in.
Believe it or not, I thought he was actually a bit better. His defense improved greatly. He also started to showcase more tools in the Ugas fight.Spence hasn’t been the same since the accident. He’s damaged.

You definitely didn’t watch the fight. Fight could have been stopped earlier with no complaints. Crawford was just toying with him at that point

He tried to walk Bud down like he does with everyone else, (lead jab> body shots or hook) and Bud counter punched and kept a stiff jab out there when he tried to close the distance.
He really exposed some fundamental boxing boxing shortcomings. Derrick kept telling him to move around because he is becoming to easy to pick off with a jab or counter.
EJ was a better fighter against Ugas. Head movement was good, defense was better, an overall sharper boxer than what he was tonight. No, his punch resistance & reflexes have been compromised since the car accident. If you watched the Ugas fight, you didn’t notice that & even Ugas hurt him.
Spence getting hurt with a jab is the last thing I thought I’ll ever see & it was a beat down after the 1st rd.
I don’t think he improved anything & things look better than they are when a boxer is fighting a lesser opponent.
The fight looks like Margarito + his loaded gloves vs Cotto. That’s how basura Spence’s punch resistance looked in there. And for a guy known for his chin, it’s obvious he’s damaged.
Aren't rematches generally given when the fight is competitive??Masterclass of boxing by Bud here. He exposed Spence in a lot of areas… That rematch is going to nuts.
