Tennessee has a problem giving black people money and letting them work it out.

They did something similar with that small town near Memphis that Ford wanted to build the electric vehicle plant in. They will not let black people have control of what they own if they can interfere.

All of this is on brand for the tn gov. They continuously go out of their way to punish both Nashville and Memphis along with the surrounding areas by threatening to not fund us and to put us in our “place”, the Justin Pearson situation is a good example of that.It’s so obvious why they do it but they don’t care because most of the state’s population feels the same way about both cities and feels that it’s justified.

I’ll just say again that the biggest problems impacting HBCUs are usually internal.

People don’t check the administration and then want to be shocked and upset when government has to step in.

If the numbers are consistently bad and funny, what can we sadly expect to happen?

I agree with you about abortions but we can still absolutely control at least 4/5 states through the Black belt.
