my internet been acting funny lately, but if you want to give it a go, i'm willing to help.
She's my worst matchup so I wanted to get some rounds in. Gonna have to something up during the week.
Akuma is actually in the game and has a focus attack from SF4 and every other move he had in that game. Eliza is also a character with meter and qcf/dp motions. If you wanna start with a regular Tekken character, Kazumi is the best of the easier characters to learn. Her moveset is small but effectiveMy homie and his crew always gather round and play a bunch of fighting games. I've stopped by a couple nights where they were just running SFV and had some fun matches but these nikkas apparently be on that Tekken heavy. Got me shook to come thru and run sessions even tho they offered to teach a breh how to play. About to cop the game in the coming week or so, but what tips can yall give a nikka that primarily played 2d fighters(Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom, old school Mortal Kombat) for years and years? Kind of excited at the idea of learning a new game, especially a 3d joint. Never owned a Tekken game in my life, just played it at arcades a couple times when I was young on that Eddy hypetrain.
Hood looks for any tips/guides/vids for beginners and basics.
online tutorials, since this fukking game doesn't have one or even a full movelist, some characters you might find interesting are:
King Jae
its fairly easy to find tutorials on his page
Aris
Avoiding The Puddle
might have to do some searching but he got a lot of tips on there, plus he's jokes
Rip
Level Up Your Game
mains Law, but on his channel, he'll learn a new character and walk you thru his process. he helps write some of the official Prima strategy guides for fighting games, not just Tekken
