And they never will fix their perceptions because they don't want to.

Which is exactly why we need not be concerned with their perceptions and take care of our own and ourselves.

We have plenty of our misconceptions and misperceptions within ourselves and our own people. We don't yet have a high level of functioning like say a person of Asian decent sure we can say they stink and eat dog and live in deplorable conditions, none of that really means anything in the classroom can we say they can't do math? Sure we can dunk and shoot 3's and run 4.2 40's but can we successfully head coach or general manage or even own a team?

Until we can maintain a higher standard of functioning, not hit we have many who hit - collectively we need to maintain. Then we can format new stereotypes. They say Asians are good at math and whites make elite quarterbacks and shyt, there's no reason it can't be blacks are excellent at math,blacks are excellent at reading and comprehension. There's some reasons, fukked up school systems with shytty pass/fail implements that allow our black children to "graduate" with subpar
and failing grades while the district and administrators get paid $$$ and claim "they're getting the same education as white children, why doesn't it work for them?"

We can't expect them to take in introspective look at and have an integrated approach to our people.
