This game doesn't feel finished. They shoulda polished it up some more.
I don't know if they had much over 20 people working on it, if that. I know it's hard to understand how much goes into making a game like this, but I work in the 3d/animation field. Having played the game, yeah they could have spent more time, but when money is involved you cut what could be for what's good enough sometimes. I see a lot of quality in the game for a small team of people to be working on it. It's not perfect, but it's nice to me visually. With games you need modelers, animators, riggers, texture artist, programmers, and some human resource personnel for support so when I think of a small team of people having to do all of that, it puts it into perspective. They were spread thin, but I'm sure they had fun making the game. I willingly support for the little amount they are asking for to get more games like this. Maybe if this does well, they will actually put a full team of people on a full scale TMNT game.
