If we had stricter shoelace and electrical-cord enforcement (and perhaps comprehensive "make-shift rope" education in our schools) this tragedy might have been avoided.

Some dude died like this at my school last year.

Party off campus got busted by the cops, dude tried to climb from the 4th story to the second story and his shyt snapped and he fell to the concrete. The fukked up thing was a restaurant put a sign up a couple days before with a dude falling on they neck. I'll to find a pic of the sign.
