That's old thinking. Turnarounds happen incredibly quickly these days. Texans were 3-13-1 in 2022 then won the division and a playoff game the next year

They turned it around because of Stroud. I don't think there's a QB at pick #3 who can step in and do that nor is there a veteran available. It'll take a few years for them to contend.

Tee Higgins is not shifting the balance of power in the AFC.

I'd have Tee Higgins in a Patriots uniform with MHJ alongside with him. I'd have Cousins or Fields slinging the rock to them. If I was feeling a little riskier, I'd bring in Calvin Ridley as well.

but WR value market is crazy - he’s gonna request something like 110 for 4 years

and like I said with this up-and-coming draft, it’s supposedly 10 to 15 receivers that are believed to be starters…. that’s why I believe Mike Evans who could have went free agent route pursuing a blockbuster deal decided to not wait at all and took a short term offer
