On accounting for Magic. Things have been thrown at Juggernaut that staggered him. He has been hit with weapons, physical objects, etc. wielded by his enemies, and they have affected him. Juggernaut is not immune to sufficiently large physical forces. His powers being magic doesn't magically make Supes impotent, he still exerts large amounts of physical force.
