It's funny. After Sparano, I really wanted someone with deep football knowledge -- an Xs and Os guy who talked less and did more. Philbin is definitely that, but he's not assertive at all. He lets Mike Sherman turn this offense into shyt and won't stand up to him because that's his mentor. He's too damn much of an Xs and Os guy.

I like Philbin but hate Ireland with a passion. Sherman is trash too. So if firing Philbin is what it takes to get rid of these other two then I'm onboard with it.

But i will be highly highly highly pissed if Philbin is gone and Ireland keeps his job
