Not really sure where all this Coyle bile is coming from. We were statistically one of the better defensive units in the league, and one of the best in terms of points allowed.

If there's one major criticism, it's the inexplicable collapse of our run defense, but that's all on personnel. We replaced our two best interior run stuffers with pass rushers, and our DEs can't stop the run either. So that basically leaves two players, Starks and Soliai, who can stop running teams.

OK fine Philbin aint done shyt. It's not like we've had a history of great coaching on the franchise since Shula. I just hate the clean out the whole house approach that some of you embrace because i feel as if you are starting from scratch all over when you have a few things you can build on. To me just firing Ireland and Sherman would have been enough. But if you feel you need a new owner, a new coach, new GM, new president, new DC, new OC and fukk it why stop there cut every player and start from scratch for real.

I'd say Dave Hyde got it right. Best case scenario is Lamar Miller is as good as we HOPE and the Oline holds up taking us to 10-6. Worst case, 7-9 like last year. We're gonna miss Dustin Keller.

I honestly don't see why some of you are acting like this squad underachieved to the point ya'll want everyone and their mamas held accountable. The people accountable should be those who put the shyt together which STARTS with Ireland.
