I liked philpen on hard knocks seemed like he be a good leader

But he was an Oline coach than an OC and pose to be a QB guru so how the fukk does he not think of ways to get tanny more time

Add a blocking FB and TE out there shyt

I expect them to work on that over the bye week.

Just because you once held a title doesnt mean you were a good one. The man cant work miracles when his GM gives him Tyson Clabo at RT

I like Philbin.
He's the type of guy that is not a "rule with an iron fist" / "rule by fear" type coach but he is strict enough to make sure players dont get too comfortable and get his point across and be stern about it. Some of you may not like him but thats the point you're not always supposed to like the person in charge. He's not supposed to be making you feel all warm and fuzzy inside like @heisenburrr would like.

dude just won't admit bad decisions, and I have problem with that.

when the guy in his post game press conference says running a strech run play on 3rd and inches was the right call but then you read that behind the curtains he's telling Sherman/Tannehill it was not. that's that shyt I don't like.

There is no transparency with Philbin.

Even yesterday dude was like "we believe in the players we have on this o-line".

:mindblown:

If the offensive line is the problem why did you guys let Jake Long go?

we offered him a contract similar to St-Louis but dude got greedy and basically said if we ain't value him more than that, he's gonna bounce.

and I imagine they thought Jonathan Martin would be ready to take the next step. but dude is just soft as shyt :sadcam:

What do yo uwant him to say? "I have no confidence in these fukkin scrubs"?

Coaching is like politics dude. The same way i dont expect the truth from my politicians i dont expect it from coaches either because they have to deal with:
  • YOUR and my (for the most part ignorant) feelings as a fans
  • Feelings and egos of players who he expects to follow his lead
  • The feelings and ego of the sorry ass GM who gave him that sorry ass Oline's
  • The freakin media

And you still expect the truth? So which of those would you want him to throw under the bus? It's like Obama in the white house. He could say "fukk republicans and their supporters i'm already in this bytch" in his meetings behind closed doors but o you want him saying that at a pres conference?

Feel free to come back to the real world with your transparency shyt, doggy.

definitely a priority problem all the way.

Levitre, Albert from KC, Winston, all good lineman we could've had at a price but we decide to spend millions on a fake no. 1 receiver and supposedly upgrade our linebacker corp

True that.

But at the same time we will never know how good Tannehil CAN be and how dynamic the Tanny/Wallace duo can be UNTIL we have Tannehill protected long enough that Wallace can do what he supposedly does best: run deep routes

Those are the names and I at least wanted Winston cause he would hae been cheap, serviceable guy and he's from the U...but they played him, worked him out 3 separate occasions and still didn't give him an offer

Almighty Garden State
Vernon is only guy that even stands out right now, out of 53 players

Tanny is regressing, and unless he finishes strong im putting that on Philbin. Sherman was such a shyt hire its like he doesnt even know we cant call long developing plays
