I will say in a straight up fight random encounter I think T'Challa wins. Vibranium n his suit got more advantages.

Prep time... I still go Panther. He's got longer money and better resources n is said to be almost if not as intelligent as Reed Richards n the other brains of Marvel. Batman is no joke with prep time as well all know too. But I give it to BP off better resources.

The Verdict
So does Batman always win against Black Panther? In a random one on one fight, I think Black Panther would take the edge. Out of 10 fights, I'd probably grant him 6-7 hard fought victories over DC's Caped Crusader. Batman has the skill to eventually defeat him in unarmed combat, but sadly for him, this isn't unarmed combat. And while Bruce does have plenty of gear on his side, it'll take a lot to keep the Avenger down. It'll be a lengthy and brutal battle, but I see T'Challa's durability being the game changer.

Black Panther, If you want to see how Bruce fairs against an opponent similar to Panther, look up his fights with Bronze Tiger. Now Classic Panther vs Bronze Tiger would be dope matchup, even though current Panther would stomp due to feats.
