Folks REALLY gonna use prep as if its an ADVANTAGE here for Batman?!?!?!
Bruce normally thrives on one sided prep which people tend to overvalue as him being able to outprep himself out of any situation or encounter.
BP has outsmarted/out maneuvered Doom and Iron Man both whom prepped for T'Challa. That in itself is an impressive feat.
This is one of the actual FEW times where Bruce stands a better chance in a straight up non prep fight.
T'Challa would buy Wayne's company right from under his nose and have all of Wayne tech's secrets. (see Iron Man)
Hand to hand straight up fight Bruce is better although T'Challa's baseline stats are better. I'd give Bruce the W 6/10. Fight with standard gear T'Challa wins 6/10.
Prep fight, Bruce is outclassed and T'Challa is patient, ruthless and resourceful. BP 7/10
Batman's good but T'Challa is slightly better. He seems to be filling in for Reed as Marvel's brain supreme.

No he's not. T'Challa is a member of the royal family of a Warrior nation. He's been trained in hand-to-hand combat since childhood. As he got older, he's become a martial artist in many disciplines. Once he became a Black Panther, he got enhanced strength, agility, speed, smell, etc. Unlike Batman, he's an enhanced human.
Simply put, unless he gets really lucky, Batman takes the L. This isn't about shytting on Batman, but speaking on facts.

You made it seem as if I said Bruce is better than T'Challa, I didn't. I said his best chance is a hand to hand match up and I still said he probably loses 6/10 with standard equipment.
I feel in a straight up fight, no equipment Bruce wins ever so slightly. (6/10) People here are underrated Bruce's physical stats and fighting ability. Folks might not want to admit it but his baseline stats maybe close to Cap's if we go by what has been portrayed in the books.....
Having read both character's books/stories for over 20+ years, it's just my opinion based upon Bruce's ranking in the DCU in terms of martial artists that he's slightly better than T'Challa in hand to hand combat. (6/10 is as close as you can get) It's not as if I said Bruce would wreck him.
Both probably rank in their respective universe's top 10. Post crisis Batman was near the top, not sure how it is in the New 52 or even if we've seen enough to rank it.
I would probably only put Richard Dragon, Shiva and Karate Kid (who's cosmic) over him. (Bronze Tiger and Deathstroke are arguable if you think they're better no real disagreement there).
Where as in Marvel I'd take, Mantis, MoonDragon,(both cosmic) Shang Chi, Iron Fist, Cap,(Cap maybe arguable) Elektra, Daredevil, Karnak over T'Challa.
It's all subjective but again this is based upon what I've read.

Cap pretty much created his own style which combines Judo and boxing. While he isn't as varied skill wise as other martial artist his style is so effective he doesn't need to be a jack of all trades.
How will Batman even get passed T'Challa's suit?

Breh, my point is T'Challa beats him in hand-to-hand as well. That is probably the worst place for Bruce to try him.
T'Challa is literally stronger, faster, more agile, more durable, and just as skilled in combat. Bruce, as skilled as he is, is just a regular human. No enhancements of any kind.
If anything, Bruce's best chance, imho, is a combo of prep and hand-to-hand. It's unlikely to work, but its a far better chance than a straight up fight.
