Captain America started in 1920, 19 years before Batman, and I believe Kane said he got a lot of Batman from The Shadow.
Funny you talk about marvel borrowing, and list deadpool who was always a marvel ripoff of Slade Wilson (deathstroke) down to ripping off the name. I already corrected you on capt. America predating batman, which itself was a rip off. X-Men wasn't a rip off DC at all. BP wasn't a ripoff at all either, unless you want to say Lothar but Lothar wasn't DC.
wait, what? what are you talking about?...capt america didnt come out till 1941...besides that, what does he have to do with this thread?....
also, yes, i mentioned deadpool as an example of marvel 'borrowing' character ideas from dc...some of those were complete ripoffs like deadpool, and some were just used as models to help base a character off of, like batman and bp/iron man/moon knight.....which you just said again, so what exactly were you trying to say?...
not only that, you're wrong about the x-men...the idea for the x-men came from a group in dc called doom patrol....they ripped the idea off so much so that the doom patrol fought a group called, wait for it, 'the hell fire club'....where have you heard that name again?....the same group the x-men fight, what a coincidence....
as for bp and batman: bp is based on batman, just like iron man and moon knight are...they are not complete ripoffs like deadpool, but a lot of what makes up those characters are based on batman...this isnt new, it's well known....it's ok....
