yes and no. Cac's are actually kinda terrible as fans when you look at their raw numbers. For the amount of "whites" in the USA their musical acts should proportionally be selling more units/getting more streams

R&B/hip-hop may be growing slower percentage-wise than the other two top leading genres (up 6.3% compared to rock at 7.3% and Pop at 8.3%) but it still outgrew every other genre in raw numbers year over year, meaning that even though its share of the overall market dropped from 28.4% midway through last year to 27.64% at the halfway point this year, it’s actually widened its lead at the top in terms of overall equivalent album units. It’s the only genre to have passed 100 million equivalent album units so far this year, and at 131.4 million, it’s not close. What we need is a Black Jack Harlow who makes music you can play on the radio, on commercials, etc no violent imagery, but most these rappers young and old to stupid to realize this and are so focused on being "real nikkas" and rapped themselves in a box.

The graph supports every point I made. If you can't move a 1 million units in a population of 200 million For example if we were to say that there was no crossover taking place and the genres were only supported by their own communities:

white people moving 1 million units in a population of nearly 200 million = .5%

vs

black people moving 500,000 in a population of nearly 40 million = 1.25%


the black comparison is actually > than the white one
