As a Nigerian watching Tariq go down this route is beyond disappointing.
And that’s the thing. I don’t even recall Naijas on Twitter blaming her death on AA. They just called the alleged killer/killers scum, and kept it moving. It was Tariq who put the ethnic spin on it, to create more chaos. I like Tariq. I follow him on Twitter and other social media. But he’s off about this one.

So this is what it has come to. Ignore all immigrants, and go at the low hanging fruit (black immigrants or 1 gens) because the other immigrants dont give a damn. What he's putting out there is dangerous, and this fool never retracts his statements that are false. Instead he doubles down. He is a paid agent to me at this point.

I like Tariq too. He does good work exposing the system of white supremacy, but when he started gaslighting africans and west indians that's when he lost me. I find it incredibly troubling he's focusing on dividing black people during these times instead of calling for unity. This isn't productive. It's very obvious who the enemy is at this point and it's not other black people...it's never been.

I used to think this guy was just a charlatan, but his need to create divisiveness makes me feel like he might genuinely be controlled opposition. I can't think of any other reason why someone who claims to be focused on fighting white supremacy would try to do whatever it is he's doing right now.

nikkas on here (especially some ADoS trolls) get all their material from him. Once he started that “Trump ain’t gon be that bad for black peoples” you saw the number of Trump supporters skyrocket. When Tariq started shytting on any Black person without ties to ADoS, what do you know, nikkas on here started spewing the same divisive tactics that they see Tariq doing. Just a bunch of fatherless fakkits who can’t think for themselves. I been following Tariq since 2011 or 2012, and it is a shame what he has became since 2016. He is a complete letdown.
