Sharpton is still relevant to non online Black America but at the same time if we are doing this it should have been Roland Martin
Roland Martin is a terrible example because he looks out for himself at the end of the day.

Let's not forget that he sold out for personal gain years ago during the Trump/Hilary election when he gave Donna Brazille the questions at the CNN Town Hall for a seat at the table. He unintentionally helped Trump in office as all that stunt that he pulled did was help fuel the narrative that everything that was being said about Hilary was true.

Bringing in Sharpton in 2025 shows just how disconnected these folks are. Reaching deep into the 90s relevant goodie bag.

Im old enough to remember seeing Sharpton on TV being pelted with garbage by young heads back in 92 during the crown heights riots. How is he relevant to the people in 2025?
Because he still matters to a large demographic of older black people including my parents and others who watch too much MSNBC lmao. I agree he's utterly irrelevant to younger black people. But whenever companies start talking about black money they're talking about older black people (40+) and black women in general (young and old). So of course this dude gotta hit that demographic and beg.
