I shopped there a fair amount because several stores were close. Don’t think I will visit much again even with policy changes.Need to keep the boycott going ever after this apology

thats what made them an easy target for a boycott. Nobody actually needs target. They are require to show goodwill in order to stay in business. They can't be picking sides and getting into politicsWhy do people fukk with expensive ass Target to begin with? There are so many other options
People have been boycotting since January. They are coming to the table because they are feeling pressure. This is just optics. Target isn't going to go bankrupt or face any real financial pressure, but they don't want the hit to their goodwill and the possibility of it growing.
They won't change a thing.
So taking action in real life is more impactful than online militancy. Its a good sign.
It proves Spending power is real power when its targeted (no pun intended) at a specific company.
And i suppose it could be worse. In an alternate timeline they would be reaching out to Benjamin Crump.
Targets brand is built off of social awareness, thry backtracking has done nothing but acrually hurt their brand.Target really needs to stop trying to jump on every trend. Then just need to fall back and stupid up.
