That doesn't work either. Even on this very site there was a thread on here recently where I tried to 'educate' people on Mexico and no one wanted to listen.

I agree with your point in that post that some people dont want to leave the plantation, but I think face to face interaction you have with people you know personally is different than trying to reach those on a message board

I don't know why more African countries don't do this. I know Ghana has "Right to Abode" law where they grant Permanent Residency to anyone of African Descent. Its a good way to attract educated black professionals.
