So do you think he is crazy? or nuts?yeah he obviously did
So do you think he is crazy? or nuts?yeah he obviously did
I know nothing of the events that lead to the child being outside paying with a toy gun, so all I can say is now, who is pretending to know more than they know?!!!i dont think he needs an excuse, i think the adults in his life need an excuse, but there really isnt an excuse, the adults in his life fuked up, period
So do you think he is crazy? or nuts?

by impugning his behavior are you impugning his logic and mentation as well? or in your mind is "behavior" an agent capable of psychological traits on its own?i think his behavior was crazy and nuts, i have said that a million times
I have no idea how that video reveals anything about his familyim going by the video and what the 911 caller said, thats the only thing i know
clearly you know your own opinion, that is not at debate here, on average most people know their own opinionswhat i do know is that no adult in their right mind would or should let something like that happen, and its completely unacceptable

you said "his" behavior was nutsim impugning the logic and "mentation" (is that a word?) of the adults in his life, i think he is the victim of adults abandoning their responsibilities
no it's called leaps of a biased imaginationits called logic and common sense
you said "his" behavior was nuts
what I want to know is what do you mean to say about him with this statement
so far we know that you believe Tamir
-did not think he was brandishing a real and lethal weapon
-did not think he was putting himself in harm's way
so I wan to know how TAMIR was acting nuts, given those circumstances
by your own elaboration he was doing something benign
so where is he nuts?
further, i don't know how yo make the leap to the parents at all
I don't know what is customary in that area, I don't know where is the park in relation to his home, I don't know if the kid was walking home from school.
I just don't see how you make any of these leaps
and even if you were right about the parents behavior
the cop is still dead wrong on many levels
oh so now you are able to read minds?first off, what i said is that this isnt the main issue, the main issue is what was going through the cops head
I am not sure if you will understand this but the above is completely incoherentfirst off, what i said is that this isnt the main issue, the main issue is what was going through the cops head
and i also said its dumb to try to argue that their was any type of normality in the situation prior to the cops coming, that situation prior was totally nuts, totally crazy, totally unacceptable
you asked me what tamir believed, and i answered the question, imo he believed or knew the weapon was fake and he thought it was ok to do what he was doing, imo he even saw the cop coming and he got up from the bench and approached the cop car
my point is that the fact that he thought it was ok is what it was crazy and nuts, but he is 12 years old, so the only way he can think something like that was ok AND act on it is because the adults in his left were not fulfilling their responsibilities, cuz like i said their is no scenario and no neighborhood in the country where tamir's behavior prior to the cops coming would be considered normal or acceptable
in other words the leap to the parents is because he is 12 years old, i dont think a 12 year old can be held responsible for his behavior
as far as the cops
like i said before there are 2 explanations for their behavior, 1) racism 2) tamir's actions
my point is that tamir's behavior is so nutty and crazy that #2 is more plausible
oh so now you are able to read minds?
I am not sure if you will understand this but the above is completely incoherent
no I'd rather talk about the mentally deranged kid I imagined was running around pistol whipping old ladiesno but that is the issue that should be discussed
well since you keep repeating yourself...in the same incoherent mannerbasically i was explaining that tamir's behavior which was crazy and nutty is the parents and adults fault
