Why does the WWE treat Smackdown like it's WCW or something? 
This is a show that they own and created but you would think it's run by an enemy with the way they try to sabotage it's success. Wouldn't it make sense to have two live shows that are on the same level? 
Would it not make them more money if SmackDown was as successful or even more successful than Raw? 
It's so stupid but they literally go out of their way to try to make Raw the better show.

Eh, not really a big loss. Little if anything from it ever translated to SD itself, and making the whole crew have to stay later or do extra shyt and set up the set/lightings was probably more of a hassle than it was worth. It probably should have been a Youtube exclusive that was then later uploaded to the Network anyway.

shyt literally makes no business sense.
Yes RAW is the flagship show but fukk, it's better for business if RAW is 1A and SmackDown is 1B, not RAW being 1 and SmackDown being 2. It's not gonna hurt business if the non-flagship show is on the same level or even better than RAW.
