it was made for the BBC. I don't know if it is a joint production between Fox and the BBC though. But the point is You would have gotten the same show if it was on any American channel.

I feel like it was kind of telegraphed in the first couple of episodes, no? I could be wrong.
At this point, I'm along for the ride. I don't expect the show to become enshrined in TV's Hall Of Fame - I'm not even sure it will get a second season. I read that Tom lost a couple mil making it.
I just wish he would hurry up and make a start on '100 Bullets'

Coproduction between BBC and FX. The only thing that would be different if it wasn't on BBC is that there would be nudity and more overt violence, nothing which adds to the actual quality of the story and production.

Where did you see it was renewed for a 2nd season? I think it will be renewed because Tom Hardy is fukking brilliant in this and FX doesn't have too many hit drama shows. But where did they announce it?
Also, I'm enjoying this series. It's different than everything else on TV.
