Of course not why do think I said when my 2 years up im gone :beli:

I would much rather get the phone on contract anyway.its not like im gonna go without a phone over the next 2 years so whats the big deal? What do you really gain by getting it off contract?

I already have unlimited everything and my bill is already cheap so how does getting rid of contracts and making me pay full price for phones benefit me?

Ok let explain this to you friend:

Unlimited everything classic plan is 89.99 a month. So 89.99x24= 2159.76. Add 2159.76 to 270 cost of phone equals 2429.76 over 2 yrs.

A note 2 on T-mo is 699.99. With the new plan lets say the down payment is $99 which leaves $600 owed on the phone. You would pay that off over 24 months with the payment plan of 25 a month. So the math works out to be $70 x 24 months = 1680 + 699 = 2379.

2429.76
-2379.00
= 50.76

So under the new plan you save 50.76 over the 2 yrs of the plan. So please explain to me how you are paying more on this new plan? Don't be scared to try something new!

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Breh I did the math and you are definetly paying more under this new plan...well atleast I would be

There are other options breh, I mean Tmobile even had a $30 plan on their website, Virgin had a $45 plan, there's Straight Talk and a few other services out there that are relatively cheap.

You're paying $3312 for a phone service over a two year period, I know it's two lines but that's fukking insane when you get the number. So in 4 years you'll spend $6624 + another $400-$600 for two new phones, these companies are making money hand over fist because you're upgrading and still locked into their service which is just gouging the fukk out of you.

Why do you think they offer these $600-800 devices for such low prices? Because they know they can make it up over time, and turn a massive profit.

Tmo's $30 plan has been golden for me and is best for those that don't talk on the phone alot.

However, GrooveIP works great under wifi. I'm good on my plan for a long while.

I dont pay $90 for unlimited everything i pay $70 and my girl plan is $60 for unlimited talk & text and 5 gigs of 4g.i see what you're saying but my monthly bill would still be higher(unless i paid full price for the phones up front) and thats what really matters to me

$140/month is better then $160

Paying $250 for the phone up front and that's it is better then paying $100 up front and having to pay $25 extra on top of your bill every month

This is great tho If you cop a nexus which is probably what I will have to do cause I aint paying $700 for the Note 3

The $30 plan, does anyone know if that includes free tmo to tmo ? And if not do they have an option to add it. With tmo to tmo free I would stay under the 100 minutes threshold for the $30 plan.

nope. and no way to add it. Prepaid is pay as you go unless you get unlimited. It's 10 cents for each additional minute if you go over the 100 mark.

I hear what your saying...and agree with you...We have similar plans...

Why would I pay 600 or 700 for a phone..when I can get it either FREE with my 2 year upgrade or for around 150 -200....and my plan is similar to Jones....

It makes no sense for us to pay full price for a phone...
I was just telling my girl that the other day like..paying 600 for a phone??? :stopitslime:..you better stop complaining about bread if you spending 600 on a phone...

I got my G1 FREE from tmobile..my G2 Free from Tmobile...I had a Htc One S that I sent back that I got Free from tmobile...and This month I plan on getting that Htc ONE free from tmobile

You're paying MORE in the long run. You won't even technically own the phone until you pay it off in 18-20 months. You're stuck for 2 years while i can switch carriers on the phone I own whenever i feel like im getting screwed. :heh:
Contracts got you thinking you're winning when you are taking a massive L by signing up for a $2500-$3000 bill

Damn who got a 2500 bill? Maybe you can drop some examples for us :troll:

:troll: how come you added tax to the note to make it $270 but didnt add tax to the $699 price to make it $770 which would make it $20 more expensive instead of $50 less expensive :youngsabo:

:what:I just used to the number he posted he paid for his Note 2. People are reaching for real! IF you have a good rate with T-no already I feel what you are saying. But most are NOT paying $70 for unlimited everything on a classic plan on T-mo.

His $270 included tax your $699. That aint a reach which would put your numbers at $20 more expensive

I don't get the no contract hype. There are circumstances where no contract is cheaper. There are circumstances where having a contract is cheaper.

All in all, I think the hype about no contract is overblown. I don't see any problem with a contract.
