This shyt is already sold out and it hasn’t even been announced yet.:francis:

With covid and the microchip shortage also....its gonna be some shyt.

I think when talking bout a significant performance and graphical upgrade there are two things I’m curious about. The Battery life obviously, not that i play in portable mode much but i know most people do. Also, the internal storage.

Can a portable handle a game that has a 50gb install size? At most could it potentially have 250gb of internal storage not counting OS?

So they say, but the og switch install base is over 80k, I don’t see 3rd party pro exclusives being a thing.
i see this as an avenue for multiplats that can't run on the current hardware to be ported

there's already a way to play them so base Switch users aren't really that hurt

now if BOTW2 is exclusive that hurts day 1 switch owners

4k visuals are getting to the point where it's pretty important and baseline.

Can't really go another 3-4 years and not support 4k
i still think 60 fps performance is more important

1080p 60 fps on every game is better than 4k 30fps now if games can reach 4k 60fps that's an added bonus but they should target 60 locked

100%

Especially since so many games struggle to keep a stable 30fps already on the switch. I honestly don’t care about 4k but they are using DLSS so its not an either or situation.

with so many open world graphically intensive and asset rich games the CPU boost is really required now

and i would be perfectly happy to buy a second switch, i think it's generally easier to buy a second portable as it takes up less space and makes it easier for player two to have their own screen if you're travelling with a friend

Not feeling the price tag. Might just cop an original Switch instead :yeshrug:

$199, $299, $399

I’m not surprised in the least...my only surprise is that they didn’t make it stationary but after talking with @Gizmo_Duck in another thread, I began to slowly realize that we may never see a stationary switch...it just doesn’t make sense to have one whereas I can still see the appeal of a switch lite
