Just about any measurable statistic supports this assertion. Whether we're talking about marriage rates, dating preferences and/or practices, biracial children born in wedlock, out of wedlock, interracial porn viewership, studies on 'beauty standards', internet response trends etc etc. It's pretty consistent.

In the UK (and Europe in general), Interracial marriage rates are higher between black men than they are for black women though, in most cases by more than 10%. This isn't something to brag about though. But the trend of 'desirability' seems pretty consistent.

Yes, they were. I've even posted a forum dedicated to this observation and movement amongst black women. Even in 2002, black women stated that they were giddy about the idea, and were 'noticing' a trend...yet that observation had yet to materialize back then...and it still hasn't done so today.

If interracial dating is "evolving trend' in your eyes, then it certainly has "improved" (for lack of a better word) and/or increased for black men...or all groups in general. But black men's numbers have climbed higher than black women's by comparison. Again, it's nothing to brag about, but it's just about the facts.
