Black men who marry white women NEVER marry up. And their marriages are the LEAST stable. They have highest divorce rates of ALL marriages (same race and interracial). While the marriages between white men and black women are the MOST stable of both same race and interracial marriages (with the exception of Asian man/Asian woman)
There are MANY examples of black women who have married men worth hundreds of millions, billionaires, into high society families, into powerful political families and even into royalty and yet black men have not been able to do the same.
The one thing that I hope many black American women will take away from the numerous posts made on this board (and across the internet) by black men is the continual tone from a lot of black men of "no one wants you", "you are the least desired", "you have no other options". Far too many black American women have painted ourselves into a corner by constantly holding fast to the mantra of "only a black man". Notice how MOST black men NEVER say the same thing. EVER. Most black men are not walking around saying stuff like "ewww, pink puzzy" or "white women can't satisfy me". But it boosts black men's ego for black women to do that (even if those same black men would never date a black woman). Black women need to smarten up. No one is "impressed" by our loyalty to the chocolate penis. No one cares. Black men certainly don't.
Thank God that the young generation of black girls/women are allowing themselves to be open to love beyond skin color. I think that is the healthiest thing that young black women can do as to not be limited in their romantic options.
Because its by far the smallest combination. Please take a statistics class.
Biracials aren't Black and marrying into White supremacy is self-mutilation.
Never implied that a whole race can date or marry another. All I've kept repeating is the 'nothing but a black man brigade' is doing themselves a disservice.
I prefer black guys but I will not pass up on guys of other races becausr of it. I live jn North America not in Africa.
What y'all are doing is discouraging black women to entertain the idea because of racism.
Face it, racism will always exist that does not mean that we have to live in fear amd not intermingle with peoplr who look different than us.
Quality vs quantity. Even as black women increase their interracial dating they will not suddenly prefer other races over their own. There will not be as much of a stigma amongst them that's all. I don't think dating other races is better...I just think romantically, for black women, it's a must considering their environment.

Sadly, I have noticed that whenever the conversation turns to black women and interracial relationships, the men of the Coli line up to tell black women that we are the least desired, are unattractive, no one wants us unless its just for sex, that we are 'bed wenches', etc. This is nearly always followed by selective negative stats or a twisting of some random study which (in their minds) PROVES that black women "ain't shyt". Even the stats on black women and our high college enrollment was turned around on us..."well, black women aren't earning STEM degrees so that don't mean shyt" etc.
I would have thought that there wouldn't be this much hatred of black women on a predominantly black site but I have NEVER witnessed as much black woman bashing as I have on the Coli.
That's fine...we will continue to see how it pans out.

That study was conducted by the very well respected Pew Research Center and the stats were adjusted for the PERCENTAGE of marriages not the NUMBER of marriages. YOU need to take a statistics class. And I notice how you NEVER question the stats when the subject/results are positive for black men.
It is what it is. A lot of it stem from this competition they have with white men and not because they care about the happiness of black women. Many seem to think that black women are not aware that racism exist. Black women are very aware of racism, but that cannot stop them from healthy romantic relationships.
The percentages and the raw numbers don't support your argument. There will always be a segment of WM who prefer BW, a very small segment, and the rest wouldn't even contemplate it.
Never denied it but a small segment of the population size of 300million people vs black women limiting them selves to half of 30million people. It's all down to numbers.
