Thurman vs Garcia would be a great matchup up though.


Thurman and Garcia are similarly skilled, but Thurman throws a better array of punches while Garcia has the better chin.


I'd like to see who would come out victorious in that fight.

Garcia vs Thurman is gonna look like Garcia vs Khan....except for 12 full rounds.

Thurman doesn't possess a Khan chin and is a much better Boxer on the move than Khan is....Swift is gonna be swinging at air trying to stalk Thurman, because that's not his game (come forward).

This is the reason I've always said Thurman wins pretty easy.


Swift is not a stalker and has yet to show that he's good at cutting of the ring. Keith Thurman is going to outbox him from outside....and just might stop Danny Garcia.

Khan, Peterson, and Herrera all easily outboxed Danny Garcia....Keith Thurman can box just as good as all of them & has more power/speed than all of em. Only way Danny Garcia wins is via KO or another gift imo

We underestimated the obvious advantages Charlo had in physicality....there aren't any physical advantages for Swift except the 1 inch height advantage. He's slower, the naturally smaller guy, shorter reach....plus Thurman is a more skilled boxer imo.





Im sorry breh....but I don't think saying Keith Thurman is as good of a boxer as Lamont Peterson and Mauricio Herrera is "overrating Thurmans boxing ability like a muhfukker"


I think he's just as good of a Boxer as they both are....but possesses more power and more speed with his punches and in his ability to escape trouble as well.





Thurman can move and punch at the same time, plus he shifts direction very quickly. I don't believe Swift can cut off the ring on him like Shawn Porter did

Thurman and Garcia both have style advantages. Thurman has a noticeable foot speed advantage over Danny. Danny is going to have to figure out “how” he’s going to fight Thurman. Does he chase him down or wait on him. A man can’t run from you if you don’t chase him.

Danny’s advantage is Keith throws looping punches while jumping in. Danny seems to catch everybody. Everybody! There is also an advantage that Danny has that no one talks about. Every time he’s the underdog when you see him next to his opponent he seems to be bigger and more dense. Look at him next to Amir Khan, Lucas Matthysse and now Keith Thurman. Danny has a big strong skull, his chest and core are developed and he’s proportioned correctly. Look close.

I still don’t know who wins this fight. But I will say I thought Keith was not improving either until I saw his performance vs Shawn Porter. That was he best he has ever been and that was his last fight

I think Swift has more loop in his punches than Thurman to me. Especially that weird Jermaine Taylor like right hand he throws. Remember when Erik Morales mimicked him doing that I think in their first fight? shyt almost looks like he's shooting a bow & arrow
