That's quite literally how a lot of these current rappers are getting murked — by going back to their hoods to try and show support. And that's mainly because, even amongst your friends, you'll have crabs in the bucket that will want what you have for themselves.

Fixing the hood calls for A LOT more than just having money. You have to literally FIX the kats that have a hood mentality, then convince them to give up on a life of crime so that the police don't immediately shut shyt down once they see 2 black men being the heads of of a lucrative criminal organization.

What? The moment CJ actually made it his priority, he fixed the hood. Sweet's entire issue is that CJ was running from problems. Yeah, it was really convenient for CJ to say "fukk the hood" and run to Liberty City (and do the same shyt there), while Sweet was the one that had to stay back provide for his family and the Streets. Mind you, he was doing all of this while Ryder and Smoke were undermining his decisions and getting him killed. Also, you're adding shyt that isn't even from the game, lmfao. Nobody was going to fukk with CJ because that nikka was pretty much a secret agent and all his enemies are dead.

That one mission in San Fierro with the Helicopter is legit impossible for me on the Definitive Edition atleast on PC, passed it with ease on mobile and regular versions though.

nikka those Vegas flying missions had me stressed out for years

Wasn't his fault. He had everybody working against him behind the scenes. Tenpenny wanted him dead so that he could control the gang and use it to flood the street with drugs. Smoke was a snake trying to get him to turn to drugs and even tried to get him killed. Ryder was a basehead who got convinced by Smoke after one conversation. Big Bear was a crackhead, B Dup turned on the hood. It's a miracle Sweet didn't get killed before CJ got back. I don't know how that's possible. All Tenpenny had to do was set him up personally instead of Smoke's dumb driveby. Hell, considering how weak GSF was at that point, if there was a real bounty on his head anybody should have been able to kill him when he left the hood for whatever.
