Chaka Khan ... that was Melle Mel rapping at the beginning and it came out 5 yrs before the Jody Whatley joint. This was one of the songs that helped pave that formula

Since ya'll are in denial that Michel'le was the first and wanna have a fake contest about who was the real first hip-hop and R&B singer i'll just cut the bullshyt and post Blondes rapture which came 4 years before Chaka Khan.




Now with all that bullshyt aside let us properly acknowledge that Michel'le was the first hip-hop and R&B singer right before Mary J Blige. Not R&B singer who had 1 song with hip-hop elements but actually came in the game alligned with hip-hop and R&B like Michel'le and Mary J Blige. Michel'le's first album was produced entirely by Dr Dre. Think about that for a second.

Didn't drop my thoughts while watching but that ending was :mjlol: Her and Dre both suffer from the same shyt. This hoe stood around getting her ass beat all those years but somehow stood up to Suge and walked out like that. The same nikka who made gangsta nikkaz drink piss for spitting wack verses let this Minnie Mouse sounding bytch talk like that to him and then walk away:russ:
