Trump's didn't take a position on the ban's constitutionality. He clearly wants to protect key TikTok investors - including a major donor of his - by ensuring it's not banned but sold to a company the USG is more comfortable with (can control more). Biden still supports the ban.

I mentioned it before but you have to sift through all the nonsense on every app. But what tik tok does better than any of the social media platforms you mentioned is having a great algorithm and a great tool to share info, news, current events etc. great for black business, great way to educate youth on topics that won’t be covered in school.The real reason why the government has an issue with tik tok is its eating into the market share of traditional U.S tech companies like facebook twitter instagram and YouTube and the U.S. does not like that a massive tech giant is operating out of their control. China getting our data is fear mongering because they are already getting it from other avenues.
