The rolling back of Roe v Wade isn't just about abortions. It's going to have an effect on stuff like miscarriages and birth control too. Ever dated someone that uses an IUD for birth control? If so, then this could end up affecting them at some point too.

Their visas are for 2 years instead of 90 days, and if you stay for that 2 year time period without leaving the country more than a total of 90 days...you get citizenship rights and the ability to travel anywhere in South America without needing a passport.
