In Texas, The Supreme Court just supplanted the "responsibility" of the U.S. government. :mjlol:

"The court has a 6-3 conservative majority, and its three liberal justices dissented, saying that Tuesday's action turns immigration enforcement - typically the province of the federal government - on its head."

Let's see if Biden is willing to start a civil war defending some illegals.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre blasted Texas’s SB4 immigration law, saying in a statement that allowing state police to arrest people suspected of entering the country illegally will upend border security:
We fundamentally disagree with the Supreme Court’s order allowing Texas’ harmful and unconstitutional law to go into effect. S.B. 4 will not only make communities in Texas less safe, it will also burden law enforcement, and sow chaos and confusion at our southern border.

The Keystone State
the key distinction you’re overlooking is that the citizens have a constitutional right to bear arms. illegals have no right to enter this country through unlawful channels.

:sas1:

The 14th amendment can be interpreted several different ways by a state.

Gun violence can be seen as impeding liberties.

Hey @Voice of Reason ....Tennessee republicans in the state legislation just voted to repeal a police reform bill passed out of Memphis in the wake of Tyre Nichols being beat to death in the street. Any press release from Biden about that yet or still waiting:jbhmm:

Or is that only reserved for illegel aliens. I'm just wondering?

How would they deport a Black U.S. civilian to the border? What country would take that u.s. citizen?

How would this harm black people when it's talking about deporting illegals?

Some black folks that happen to be light skinned or have non-nappy hair, can easily be mistaken for another race. In TX, some people think that they are some type of Mexican or Central American, and can be easily deported.

When affirmative action was repeal they released a statement :manny:

Biden is failing on police accountability but the Republicans want to 100x in the other direction.

"Before 2020, there had been three federal executions in 60 years. Then Trump put 13 people to death in six months"

Trump already said that he wants give all police blanket immunity :stopitslime:

I want reparations too but we need to organize and apply pressure in the correct way.

Not the "both sides" Trump aint that bad bullshyt.

Yeah,, black people with American accents and birth certificates are going to start to be deported on accident :duck::mjlol:

Since 2002, ICE has mistakenly identified at least 2,840 U.S. citizens for deportation and held at least 214 of these individuals in its custody. Many independent figures suggest this is a low estimate; higher estimates indicate that between 2003 and 2010, over 20,000 U.S. citizens were mistakenly detained or deported. These experiences can be devastating for individuals wrongly subjected to them.
