A superman story can have humor, but superman the character cracking jokes is a no.
Because hollywood only knows too ways to express a sense of humor, be an a$$hole like deadpool, or be an idiot like Thor. Which kind of superman do you want a$$hole Supes or Dumbass Supes?
A movie can have humor without making the characters themselves crack jokes. Situational humor >>>>>

Crazy I wanted Meg Donnelly years ago for Cavill’s Supergirl because I saw her on American Housewife.
But I think Milly’s fantasy background will give her the edge.
