You can't listen to the internet. Half the people love Cavill and half the people hate everything about the Snyderverse.

You can't please everyone.

All James Gunn need to do is make a good movie and he's shown he can do that. People hated on Health Ledger's casting. People hated on Robert Pattinson's casting. The internet is nearly always wrong.

Apparently they going after one of the Skaarsgard bros to be Lex.

I'd go with Gustaf, aka Floki da gawd. He looks more the part. Though it's extremely hard to argue against Alex after his turn as Lukas Mattson in Succesion. That's damn near Lex already. Can't go wrong with either.

I wouldn't be surprised if they went with the vibe of Man of Tomorrow and just replaced Parasite with a more compelling main villain.

This is probably the only time I've seen a fan cast where the studio actually cast the actor. I've never seen any of his films but I watched a view youtube videos of people having him as Superman in a rebooted DC film universe.

Looks like a solid choice.

Henry looked pretty similar to him when he did Immortals, which was two years before MoS

i can see why ppl are mad tho... they fired Henry to hire some clone of his.
Now with cgi they can do all kinds of great shyt with Superman.
If they make this another origin story ppl are gonna freak out. They never could make Superman reach his potential.

people are upset about Nicholaus Hoult not getting it but I never saw him as Superman
it does say something that he's always this close though

He needs to be Lex

No clue who this guy is but all they had to do was not pull a Snyder and cast someone who doesn't look the part. What matters is the writing and the staying true to the character. I trust Gunn with that.

I want to know who the villain is. Brainiac please.
