If that track isn't on any of the P-Cutta Street Wars mix tapes it doesn't exist. P-Cuttas sole purpose in life was to chronicle every greasy bar, direct diss or sub that could be taken as a diss.
If nobody can up the audio it doesn't exist.

Back when this rumor started I got all my mix tapes off those AOL lists. I don't have any of it, unless someone wants to rescue my music and porn from a old Pentium. Millions of people would have had to lose all their music the same way for there not to be a copy somewhere on the internet. Especially at a time when the entire hip hop world was scanning through east coast mix tapes for diss tracks and recording every radio freestyle session w/ D-Block & The Roc.
