I believe he should be treated at a facility that will help him, not sent to prison.
And I said he can get treatment and punishment and You decided to quote me only to say he should get punishment.

My mon is a speech pathologist and was attacked by a special needs student (just took a swing at her). When she talks to the parents either : don't care, or really at wits end and do not know what to do.
