Yo how did they get this tribute to him done so fast, they must have known that he didnt have long. Could of warned a brotha :mjcry:
There was a thread here like maybe a month ago that claimed Stu was in hospice but Stu came out on twitter and denied it, looking at the timing of that thread and his passing maybe it wasn't a rumor but Stu didn't want people upsetting his family or ESPN.

Stunned. Shocked. Saddened. This is the only way I can describe how I'm feeling right now. I have memories of every morning before I went to school, I always made sure to had my cereal ready and my TV on ESPN so I could watch some morning reruns of SportsCenter, and Stu was part of that reason.

From his catchphrases to his personality, and quite frankly to just how damn good he was, he was truly one of a kind. If I ever make into the Sports Analytical business, you can rest assured that he will be credited as one of my inspirations.

Lastly, I can't imagine how his family must be feeling right now, especially his two wonderful daughters. To his colleagues, friends and family, especially his extended family in the sports world that went from Bristol, CT to beyond, my thoughts, prayers & good vibes are with you all.

I can't even think about anything else right now, not even the Lions playing today.

#RIPStuartScott. This day, and for every day forward, sports fans around the world will mourn your loss, celebrate your life, respect your fantastic career, and will cherish your legacy. Things just got a little more cool on the other side of the pillow in Heaven just now.

P.S. fukk Cancer.
