No. You just have to get a minimum score to get S rank for each stage. I managed to get S Rank on stage 12 before they made it more difficult.How u get an S on all stages in hard?

Yes and no. You have to rack up the combos and the best way to do this is string together consecutive hits, without them being interrupted. Not TOO hard once you learn the pattern of each stage.
