Juri is fun as fukk to play. Took me a little minute to adjust to her new style, but I like it. Out of all the people I play she has the most useful v-skill. Still miss her dive kick tho.

I just started really playing the Story mode and I agree it's trash. Doesn't help that the characters have the exact same individual stories that they've had for damn near 20 years. Ryu still can't control himself, Chun is still trying to avenge her dad, Cammy still can't get over being created by Shadloo, etc. like when are they going to actually progress?
I lost it at this line :laff:

Can't believe how hard this game is flopping. For a new iteration everything so struggle. Moves etc are light and the special moves look straight up amateur

After playing a few online matches and story mode.. this game makes me wanna go back to playing Ultra Street Fighter 4.. this shyt has no depth.. im bored with these fights
Feels like im playing Tekken vs Street Fighter, i hated that game

I dunno i think my Street fighting days are done brehs

Cats say this same shyt the beginning of every iteration, whether in outright words or action. Ultra Street Fighter IV took what, 4-5 rewrites to get to where it is and ya'll same cats was talking about how "no depth" vanilla IV had. Cats dikkride Third Strike now, but was silent in the arcade streets when New Generation and Double Impact dropped and shyt, TS wasn't even lauded like that till near a decade later, no doubt due to the assist of Evo Moment #37. Ya'll casual Street "Fighter":mjpls: players:mjlol: slay me daily with ya'll faux sentiments and jibber-jabber.:scust:

I think there is truth to this game not being as complex as SF4 mechanically. There's definitely been some streamlining. I could even understanding people finding the focus on fundamentals over flashing combos boring. I love it though, they just need to tighten up that input delay.

But yeah, not directing this at Manny cus I dont know how good he is nor how far he wants to take his game, but it's funny to me when people say there's not much depth to the game as if they got it all figured out. It's like, unless you're already bodying Platinum rank players and placing top 32 at major tournaments, you are not close to having mastered this game.
