:childplease: this is a reach. they voted in ossoff and warnock so people will ultimately stay home? :mjlol:

every one of your posts just traces back to you wanting to be paid unemployment

Uh, yeah, my company still hasn’t recovered from COVID. We provided IT services to companies in Boston and surrounding cities in the Metro area. Since COVID, most of our clients transitioned to remote work, most of them still keeping their employees home. Business has plummeted and my hours are practically nil. Of course I want more unemployment. Massachusetts has one of the highest rates of unemployment, so I’m obviously not alone.

I’ve never mocked essential workers, though I have said that they’re gainfully employed workers whose economic concerns take a back seat to those who have lost their jobs and have no income.

Also, I’m not working at Amazon. I have a degree from a highly esteemed institution of Higher Learning. I deserve to collect unemployment until this recession sorts itself out.

Quarterly stimulus for all of 2021 when fiscal revenue is cratering :patrice:

US Government Bonds gonna start looking real funny in the light.

The Fed needs to ease off the money printer as it stands.

We are set for a little over 1 trillion in new bond issuance this quarter, the fed is set to buy ~33%.

If the actual hits on the expectations we should be fine. At the end of the day fiat is a relative game, we will be fine in the long term.

I'm talking about the TV and other electronics you were bragging about buying with your UI and making fun of the essential workers that had to go back to work in May.

What's the model?

You can’t find a single post of mine bragging about purchasing a TV with my stimulus. Possibly a computer for my business? But, the stimulus check is meant to be spent, so it seems odd when someone would take me to task for mentioning that I considered spending it on a computer or chair for my office. You’re probably thinking of @benjamin

If I did gloat about frivolously spending my UI, it was purely in jest. I would never mock essential workers or make light of the staggering unemployment this pandemic has saddled us with.

The fiat game is relative, yes, but the assumptions that keep the USD as the top dog are being heavily tested.

Maybe essential workers or people working non remotely in general should get a bonus and people like you can switch careers
