My grandfather was black seminole/creek and he said the tribes treated black mix like shyt. Most of black natives knew the language quite well and refused to learn the 'white mans' language. The tribes now don't give any natives that has black ancestry any benefits at all. If you guys didn't know back in like the 1700, a lot of native woman brought black male slaves and married them. The tribes still denounce blacks having ancestry and accept when whites say their 1/18. My family still has 160 acres given by the tribes still

I seen that a few years ago. It's fukked up for the ones it affected but the average African-American has less than 2% Native Ancestry.
And why is the only Native tribe that blacks like to claim is Cherokees, they aren't the only natives.

The "Cherokees" that denied the Freedmen Cherokee enrollment are most likely cacs with little to no native ancestry pretending to be native, not actual natives

not to cape for some of the ones wh oare like 1% but a lot of reservations are on the out skirts of states that you would consider white, because of land so its very possible for that to happen

There's more than one Native American tribe.
It's highly likely the ones I met weren't Cherokee but I'm not about to judged them on what some pieces of shyt that did what they did.

And so what do you suggest we, as black people, do? Drop everything and rush to the defense of NA??!?!? Do you really think that type of solidarity would be offered if the tables were turned?
