Before you shyt on Native Americans because of the controversy with the Cherokee freedmen, keep in mind that most of the people in power in the Cherokee Nation are cacs with little to no native ancestry.

Only a few tribes. A few Black people here also owned slaves. The actions of a minority don't define the entire group.

Yet the majority of black people are against slavery
I dont see much native americans going against the slavery we went through. They just stood neutral as some of the tribes owned slaves and then cut the slaves off from benefits once slavery was over.

What do you mean by this? Most tribes never had slaves, so how could they cut Black people off? And some Native Americans were slaves themselves. Only 5 tribes ever owned Black slaves. That's a tiny minority. And those 5 tribes were pretty much universally hated by other tribes for basically trying to be like White people. And what would the other hundreds of tribes have to do to not stand by neutrally?

Natives are the poorest group in America breh plus half them live where there aren't close to being any black folks, you don't sound like you have read very much on them (and some groups such as the American Indian Movement worked closely with black movements in cities such as Minneapolis and other Midwestern cities/Western cities)

What's wrong with the underlined? Read up on the "Five Civilized Tribes." You'll see what I mean.
As for reaching out, many tribes accepted Black runaways and freedmen. Some also campaigned against slavery. But you also have to remember they were tied up with their own problems, the same way Black people were tied up with their own problems and not campaigning against treaty violations that affected the Native Americans. I'm not sure what more you want them to do than they did.

you do know the Cherokee probably aren't the best representation for Native American people giving they were traitors whom sided with the European colonist and fought against other Native tribes right

I think it's an overblown exaggeration and misconception how much native people accept cacs while look down on blacks.i think you have in mind the watered down whitewashed socalled Natives whom are likely more cac than indigenous Amerindians...obviously so many blacks(including my own family) wouldn't claim to have native grandmothers if this were the case....I remember watching a doc on modern native people in New Mexico (whom were clealry predominately native blood ion PBS not long ago and the Natives featured had no love for cave savages..Infact a teen Native Angela Davis kept going in on the history of white oppression on her people the whole doc and her boy young Geronimo even flipped on a school teacher and called him cracker
let's not forget this country has a long history of black and native cohabitation and unity...infact the only successful slave revolt in Amerikkka was a collaboration beteen blacks and natives
while blacks are my main focus i have enough humanity in me to sympathize for the struggles of my native brothers/sisters considering we have history and a common enemy
