Let me get this straight...

Still D.R.E. was for the bigger part produced by Scott Storch, and the raps were written by an East Coast rapper Jay-Z.

Truly a WEST COAST anthem :patrice::snoop: I love the song, just find it kinda wack that two of the biggest West Coast legends couldn't even come up with their own shyt on a banger like this...

:what: where do you come up with it being mostly Scott Storch? because he came up with a 2 bar piano loop that he probably just did fukking around and Dre picked it out and said "DO THAT AGAIN" Storch didn't play that guitar, he didn't lay those drums, he didn't put that shyt together. NONE of his eats come close to touching Still Dre, they're too stilted a stiff in the drums, everything is dry and clean in a bad way.

Hold on, I had to do a double take. Steve said he still has the reference track. I think it would be funny if Reference Tracks started leaking more. People would be surprised how many there probably are. I'm shocked after the song is recorded people don't destroy these things, lol. I like hearing reference tracks and comparing them to the final song.
